Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.

Prices therefore vary depending on the total weight of your order.

Trees are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays to avoid spending the weekend in the warehouse.

They are sent by colissimo to your home against signature, you will have the possibility to track your package

They are packaged in bubble wrap and attached to the cardboard to prevent breakage.

For larger and heavier ones, a wooden structure is made to secure them without risk.

They are watered before departure.

Trees shipped are insured, if there is a problem during delivery please contact me.

Collection by appointment is possible in Saint-Maur-Des-Fosses, please contact me by telephone to arrange a date and time!

Tree measurements are given without counting the pot.
